Newbery says it is too late:

Dear Mr Mark,

Yes, I understand your amazement about Sir Wilberforce. He was most phenomenal sort of gentleman.

Anyway, I have little control over my clients if they do not tell me what they are doing. And Sir Wilberforce was less informative than most. But he is no more and we must make the best of what is left behind.

I am afraid your advice on the DNA testing came too late. After I last corresponded with you I secretly collected samples of hair from each of my children and sent them, along with the jar containing Sir Wilberforce's testicles, off for DNA testing. The results will come back next week.

Togo sounds idyllic. I will confirm travel arrangements in the next two days.

Yours sincerely,

J Cosmo Newbery,
Newbery & Associates.
