Mr Mark is disappointed in Mr Newbery:

DEAR MR. ROGAN JOSH,

THANKS FOR YOUR MAIL DATED 3RD OF MAY 2003. THE CONTENTS WERE UNDERSTOOD, AND AS WELL NOTED. YOU ARE WELCOMED BACK FROM YOUR TRIP.

I WANT TO MAKE IT VERY CLEARLY TO YOU THAT MR. NEWBERY HAVE NOT PAID US UP THE BALANCE OF THE MONEY . YOU CAN GO THROUGH HIS FILE AND COMFIRME IF HE HAS OR NOT.

I AM VERY DISAPOINTED AT MR.NEWBERY, I THOUGHT THAT HE IS A GENTLE MAN THAT ALWAYS MAINTAIN HIS WORDS AS HIS BOND.

WE, HAVE PLACED THE TRUNK UNDER DEMURRAGE, AND HAVE INFORMED HIM THE RATE PER DAY. AND IF WE WAIT FOR HIM AND MRS. DANLA AND THE BARRISTER, FOR SOME WEEKS AND THEY DID NOT COME FOWARD WITH OUR BALANCE, WE HAVE NO OPTION THAN TO FORCE THE TRUNK OPEN AND AUCTION THE CONTENT.

THANKS.

ANDREW MARK.
