Thanks madame for the promissory note which I received via fax this morning. the contents are ok. I will proceed to the CBN Legal Department this morning where I hope to secure the mandatory normalisation and affidavit forms which I will fax to you to fill and have same re-faxed to me.
I was born 18th september, 1949 in Kano state of Nigeria. When were you born, where and via what method?. It seems you are so spiritually inclined that I wonder if you were born of a woman.
