The above is the vital information of the required disk, make sure the originality and accuracy is 100% because if it is not 100% o.k it will not be usefull.

Thank you for the details of the disc.
I am certainly no expert on the issue but it does look specialised. I have passed the information on to the elves. They asked me to ask you if it is 45rpm or 78rpm?
I really do not think they are going to be able to deliver and that we should start putting Plan B into play.
What is involved with obtaining a disc from your end?
I trust everything is quite jolly where you are. It certainly is so here.
