I am most grateful and appreciative of your understanding and forbearance.

Indeed I do appear to need the certificate that you mention. I must confess to still not really understanding why but need it I do. Or so it seems.

How do I proceed from here to eternity is a very long time waits for no man oh man do I need a cup of tea for two bad better luck next time.
