You are right. I am a contractor who is expecting monies to be paid to me by the Nigerian Government. I must admit that I am a little confused on the need for the anti-terrorist certificate when the money is actually coming from the Nigerian Government.

I was not aware that they were sponsoring terrorism and, in light of current world events, they would be well advised to stop.

Once I have received the money, what would stop me forwarding it to terrorist organizations such as the Surrey Hills Cubs?
