Mr Hu receives the following from the security company. Odd that his name is in lower case when the rest is in upper. Could it be a 'fill in the gaps' affair? Nah, probably not.

DEAR Hu Flung Dung,
THIS IS TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE RECEIPT OF YOUR EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR THE 12TH OF DECEMBER 2002.

YOU ARE ADVISED TO COME ALONG WITH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE IN CASH FORM BECAUSE YOU ARE ARRIVING FROM A FOREIGN COUNTRY TO ENABLE US ATTEND TO YOU ON THE SAME DAY TO AVOID ANY DELAY TO YOU WHICH MIGHT BE CAUSED BY ANY BANK PAYMENT INSTRUMENT.

WE AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE.
REGARDS
MR. MARK LEWIS

Mr Hu replies:

Honourable Mr Lewis,

Tomorrow I am flying Amsterdam. Flight details unchanged.

I am bringing administration fee advised but very nervous with much money on person. Please ensure met at airport.

(By the way - the flight I chose to go to Amsterdam on arrives there at 0630hrs. I hope it is dark, cold wet and if possible, snowing. (Any readers in Amsterdam?) I don't like getting out of bed at that hour, hopefully they don't either.)

Humbly yours,

Hu Flung Dung.
