Mmmm...back to sleep for a while. Nearly three weeks later, the following arrive by fax:

A request to send money via Western Union.
Funds Transfer Instructions.

This is slow motion correspondence. I've seen glaciers with more get up and go than this guy.

In the spirit of the transaction so far I decide to let them wait a while. I do, after all, have a few other things on the go.

Dear mr. Kent,
Did you received our fax message with transfer advise.
Kindly inform us if you are ready to complete this project or not. Also inform us when you will send the required transfer charges via western union as indicated.
waiting to hear from you urgently.
