J Cosmo stirs up the nest a bit...

Firstly, a letter to the factory:

Dear Dr Blore,

Please conform all payment requirements and amounts.

From your comments I am unclear as to how much money you require and whether it is for the samples or the total shipment.

Please handle this matter with the utmost urgency.

Yours sincerely,

J. Cosmo Newbery.

And then to Mrs Esther:

Dear Mrs Esther,

I have written to the factory to clarify their needs.

Emails to the farm return as 'undeliverable'. Perhaps they are in the middle of the shearing season and do not have their computers on.

Yes, you are most assuredly correct: travelling to see the factory, the farm and yourself has many drawbacks but I have made a commitment to visit my sister, Philately, in Nairobi en route and I fear a family upheaval if I pull out now.

I do feel it would be prudent to view the production facilities.

I am quite at home on farms and would love to see the farming practices used by Mr Opong in your country. I am sure I would learn new things from such a visit.

And last, but most certainly not least, I am quite looking forward to seeing you naked. It will be a highlight, possibly even a climax, to my trip.

So all up, when I weigh up the pros and cons, I feel that the trip is time and money well spent.

Very best wishes,

Cosmo.

P.S. Do you like satin?
